Inline lifting platforms are frequently special designs which have to be integrated in the environment of a complete machine line. Special requirements include high load-bearing capacities of 100 t and more, frequent work cycles and high lifting and lowering speeds. A belt lifting table is an electromechanical scissor lifting table in which flat belts installed in a parallel position generate the lifting and lowering movement. The flat belts are wound up and unwound on a winding shaft and guided by deflection rollers arranged at specific positions in the scissor system. The winding shaft is driven by a gear motor. Belt lifting tables are characterised by extremely smooth running behaviour. They can cope with frequent work cycles and high speeds without problems and are easy to control. Flat lift platforms were designed specifically for handling Euro pallets and lattice boxes. They are characterised by an extremely flat overall height of only 80 mm and therefore do not require foundation pits. They can be used very flexibly and are not tied to a fixed location. LAWECO offers the affordable standard Star flat lift and the premium Safety Line flat lift. The Safety Line flat lift is equipped with a reinforced bearing and can be used for significantly higher work cycle frequencies and loads of up to 1300 kg. Moreover, the Safety Line is equipped with additional micro rails underneath the shear blades to secure potential crushing points.
