Flat lifting tables were developed specifically for handling Euro pallets and lattice boxes. They are characterised by an extremely flat overall height of only 80 mm and therefore do not require foundation pits. They can be used very flexibly and are not tied to a fixed location. LAWECO offers the affordable standard Star flat lift and the premium Safety Line flat lift. The Safety Line flat lift is equipped with a reinforced bearing and can be used for significantly higher work cycle frequencies and loads of up to 1300 kg. Moreover, the Safety Line is equipped with additional micro rails underneath the shear blades to secure potential crushing points. The Safety Line flat lift is also available with additional equipment such as rotating platforms, tilting units or roller conveyors.

Flat lifting tables are usually used for handling applications. In general, the operator is positioned directly at the lifting table, so it is necessary to prevent crushing hazards. LAWECO flat lifting tables come standard with safety contact rails underneath the platform to stop the lifting table in the event of an unintended lowering movement. The lowering cylinders are equipped with pipe-break valves that are activated in the event of a pipe or hose break to stop the lowering movement. The LAWECO flat lifting table model Safety Line is equipped with additional micro rails underneath the shear blades to secure potential crushing points in the blade area.

Due to their low height of only 80 mm, flat lifting tables are exclusively equipped with hydraulic drives.
